Consent to personal data processing

An individual who submits an application on the dronexpo.ru website (hereinafter, the “Website”) via the “Become a partner” or “Participate in the exhibition” form, acting freely, of their own will and in their own interest, and confirming their legal capacity, hereby gives their consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter, the “Consent”) to Yuriy Vladimirovich Feshkin, TIN 380896371756 (hereinafter, the “Operator”) for the processing of their personal data under the following conditions:

1. This Consent is given for the processing of personal data both with and without the use of automation tools.

2. The Consent is given for the processing of the following personal data of mine: personal data that do not relate to special categories of personal data or to biometric personal data, namely: email address (e-mail); name; mobile phone number.

3. Purpose of personal data processing: processing applications submitted on the Website, provision of consulting services, conclusion and performance of agreements for the provision of consulting services.

4. The following actions will be performed with personal data in the course of processing: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification (updating, modification); retrieval; use; transfer (provision, access); blocking; deletion; destruction.

5. Third parties processing personal data within the Russian Federation for the purposes specified in this Consent: Sole Proprietor N.V. Obukhov (Tilda service), 127051, Moscow, Tsvetnoy Boulevard, building 21, structure 1, P.O. Box 44.

6. The term of this Consent for the processing of personal data starts from the moment it is provided to the Operator and ends upon achievement of the purposes of personal data processing, upon receipt of a withdrawal of Consent to the processing of personal data, or upon removal of the Operator from the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs.

7. The Consent may be withdrawn by you or your representative by sending a written statement to Yuriy V. Feshkin by email to the Operator’s address: y@feshkin.ru, with the mandatory subject line: “Withdrawal of Consent”.

8. In the event that you or your representative withdraws the Consent, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data if there are grounds specified in clauses 2–11 of part 1 of article 6, part 2 of article 10 and part 2 of article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27.07.2006.

9. This Consent remains in force for the entire period of processing of personal data until termination of such processing as specified in clauses 6 and 7 of this Consent.
