This ensures that booths comply with the technical requirements and regulations of the exhibition centre, as well as timely installation and dismantling, with support at every stage of preparation for the exhibition.
The exhibitor submits a stand construction request indicating the booth format, space and design preferences.
The stand builder’s specialists clarify participation objectives, specifics of the display and functional requirements for the booth, and then propose optimal implementation options.


At this stage, the visual and functional concept of the booth is developed, taking into account the company’s brand style and how the stand will be used at the venue.
Design and engineering documentation is prepared, and materials, structural solutions and equipment elements are selected.
Once the project is approved, all booth elements are manufactured: structures, branded panels, lighting and multimedia solutions.
In parallel, graphics and materials required for the design of the exhibition area are prepared.


The stand builder assembles the booth on site at the exhibition centre, installing equipment, lighting and multimedia elements.
After completion, all systems are tested to ensure correct operation and the booth’s readiness for the exhibition opening.
After the event ends, the structures are dismantled, equipment is taken down and all materials are removed from the venue.
If necessary, disposal or storage of elements is arranged in accordance with the agreed terms.
